Uh oh … looks like trouble has come to one of the Twilight crew. Kiowa Gordon, who plays the werewolf character Embry Call, got himself arrested in Tempe, AZ early Monday morning after police learned that he had an outstanding warrant from a previous arrest. Apparently, homeboy got busted with alcohol and drug paraphernalia last year and didn’t take care of his biz … so the coppers nabbed him again this week. Tsk Tsk.
Actor Kiowa Gordon — who plays shapeshifting werewolf Embry Call in the “Twilight” movies — was arrested in Tempe, Arizona early Monday morning … this according to the Tempe Police Department. Gordon was NOT busted for DUI, as reported by local AZ media — but rather, he was arrested for an active warrant stemming from a drug paraphernalia possession arrest in 2010. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the 21-year-old actor was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a “routine registration check” in Tempe around 6:12 AM. During the stop, cops discovered there was an active warrant for Gordon’s arrest — so they took the actor into custody and booked him into a local jail … TMZ has obtained the police report from Gordon’s 2010 arrest … in which the actor was popped for carrying a glass marijuana pipe and for being in possession of alcohol while he was underage. According to the report, Gordon’s beverage of choice was Four Loko — a drink that has been banned in several states.
See kids, let this be a lesson to you. You do NOT want to get an arrest on your permanent record. A thing as simple as underage alcohol possession and paraphernalia possession may not seem like a big deal but it can follow you for the rest of your life. This guy was just hanging out with his friends, was pulled over for a “routine” registration check and BAM! Arrested again. Dumb stuff like this is so not worth it. You don’t want to find yourself cast in a HUGE movie franchise and then have to deal with unresolved consequences from moronic behavior from your youth. Just say no, kids. This has been your PSA of the day.
