Man Arrested in Walmart Parking Lot for Exposing Himself Admits He‘s ’Aroused’ by the Store

Fresh off last month’s story about the 51-year-old Oregon woman who wasn’t allowed to wear a string bikini topinside a Walmart, there‘s a new report from Louisiana about a man arrested after allegedly driving through the store’s parking lot “with his penis exposed.”
It happened Tuesday in Ouachita, La., but there’s more: Travis Brent Keen, 28, said he had a reason for his behavior — he told a police officer he took his penis out because he gets “aroused” at the mega-retailer.
“Keen stated he did have his penis out because of past experiences he had at Wal-Mart,” the police report, obtained by the Smoking Gun, said. “Keen stated when he comes to Wal-Mart he gets aroused.”
According to the report, a witness called police after seeing a man in a car drive by “with his penis exposed” and would stop and watch the females in the parking lot.
He was charged with obscenity and is being held on $5,000 bail.
