Singer Ricky Martin has congratulated Argentina President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner on passage of the country's gay marriage law.

Argentina, last year, became the first country in Latin America to legalize gay marriage.

The singer and president met at the Casa Rosada in Buenos Aires. Martin congratulated the president on the new law and said he was moved when he learned that Congress had approved the measure. Full story here!
